Building team capacity is fundamentally dependent upon how each team member understands his/her own role and expertise and how s/he can contribute to the team’s success.

Team building also relies upon each member understanding other member’s roles, ways of thinking and communicating, and likelihood of actions. Any breakdown in communication inhibits the ability to win.

We provide teambuilding experiences that strengthen relationships and communication by helping participants to develop their own guidelines around how best to communicate, and examining expectations and roles of each team member, and also building loyalty to their team name and image.
